This sleek new build garden transformation features 3 light grey porcelain patios, crisp stepping stone pathway, and freshly laid natural lawn, creating a clean, contemporary outdoor space perfect for modern living.
We added raised timber sleeper planters to define the space and create planting zones, while gravel borders and charcoal edging give the garden sharp contrast and a premium finish. A low-maintenance layout with maximum visual impact.

We transformed this Middlebrough property with a stunning new block paved driveway in red with charcoal edging, paired with a natural Indian sandstone patio and steps at the entrance. A circular lawn edged in charcoal was added for a clean, natural look, surrounded by golden gravel and modern planters for a stylish finish. A complete upgrade in curb appeal with practical, durable materials—designed for easy upkeep and long-term performance.

This landscaping project transformed an outdoor area into a refined, low-maintenance space that combines sleek paving with a soft grass feature. The patio is crafted using large, cream porcelain tiles, providing a clean and contemporary look with a smooth, durable surface. The elevated lawn area adds greenery and dimension, framed by dark brick edging for a sharp contrast against the light patio tiles. A drainage channel runs along the edge of the patio to prevent water buildup and maintain the integrity of the surfaces. A small, dark mulched flower bed completes the look, offering space for future planting to add colour and life to the garden.

Project Description
This project involved the construction of a modern patio and lawn border in a residential garden. The main patio area, located adjacent to the house, was created using natural stone paving slabs in varying shades of grey. The slabs were arranged in a random pattern with both square and rectangular shapes, giving the area a contemporary look.
To define the boundary between the patio and the lawn, treated wooden edging was installed, creating a clear separation that enhances the garden’s structure. The design also includes a small walkway leading from the patio, constructed with matching materials to provide consistent aesthetics.
